This 16cm De Buyer Inocuivre dish brings the look and function of copper into a smaller round format. It is designed for oven-to-table presentation, so it can do the work in the oven and still look the part when it reaches service.
The brass handles add a refined detail, while the 90% copper construction is there for performance. De Buyer says it gives excellent thermal performance, with even temperatures and rapid heat-up, which is exactly what a compact copper dish should deliver.
At 160 mm wide, 160 mm deep and 30 mm high, it has a 0.6 litre capacity and a neat footprint. The manufacturer says it is suitable for most heat sources except induction, and it is not dishwasher safe or freezer safe.
