Why this dishe earns its place
Small-format cookware still deserves a considered place at the table. Designed by Sebastian Conran, this Churchill Alchemy oval dish uses clean lines, a contemporary shape and a simple white finish to give each serve a composed presentation.
At 170 mm wide with a 200 ml capacity, it gives smaller dishes a neatly defined format. The oval shape makes useful room along the plate while keeping the contents contained, whether the dish is being prepared in the kitchen or presented to the customer.
Churchill makes the Alchemy fine china body with a high alumina content for the strength required in busy catering environments. A chip-resistant rolled edge protects a vulnerable part of the dish, and the glazed foot gives the base a clean finish.
