Why this mould earns its place
This Matfer Bourgeat tartlet mould is built for small, repeatable pastry work. Each mould measures 100 mm across and 18 mm high, so it gives you a tidy, individual-sized shape rather than a loose, improvised finish.
The Exoglass construction is the key point here. It is a practical mould material for bakery and pastry use, and the manufacturer says it can withstand temperatures from 20 to 250 degrees C. That gives you a wide working range for everyday preparation and finishing.
The pack of 12 is useful when you want identical moulds in rotation, whether you are producing a tray of tartlets or building a standardised dessert process. At 0.46 kg gross, it is still a light, manageable pack to handle and store.
