Why this baking tray earns its place
This Vogue baking sheet is built around a full 1/1 GN format, so it drops neatly into kitchens already working to gastronorm sizes. At 530 x 325 mm and 26 mm high, it gives a flat, useful baking area without taking up unnecessary height.
The tray is made from 1.6 mm thick Teflon-coated aluminium, which the manufacturer says gives even heat conduction. That helps it earn its keep in busy service where a consistent bake matters more than a flashy finish.
The inclined edge is another practical touch, making the sheet feel easier to work with at the oven or prep bench. It is also stackable, which is useful when space is tight and multiple sheets need to be stored together.
