The Prepara E2531 is an aluminium roasting dish for contained batch roasting and oven preparation. Its 6.1 litre capacity gives a practical working volume for preparing food in a deeper format than a flat baking tray.
The built-in handles provide a clear grip point when the dish is moved between preparation and the oven station. Its 370 × 260 mm external footprint and 70 mm height give the contents a defined space during roasting.
