Why this gastronorm earns its place
This Vogue Heavy Duty 1/6 gastronorm tray gives you a compact 100mm-deep pan with a 1.7L capacity. Its 176 x 162 x 100mm external size keeps it within a standard sixth-size footprint while still providing a useful working volume.
It is made from 304 stainless steel, so it is built for regular kitchen use rather than occasional handling. The reinforced corners add durability where trays are most likely to be knocked, stacked or lifted in the rush of service.
At 0.33kg gross weight, it is the lightest of this group, which makes it easy to handle through prep and clean-down. It is dishwasher safe and freezer safe, so it can move through the usual kitchen routine without slowing things down.
