Why this gastronorm earns its place
This set gives you four quarter-size gastronorm pans, each 150 mm deep, with matching lids and a stainless steel adaptor bar that locks them into a full 1/1 GN footprint. The quarter pan is the workhorse of a busy service — ideal for individual sauces, portioned proteins, prepped garnishes or breakfast toppings — and having four with lids means you can prep, cover, stack and store without reaching for cling film.
Vogue stamps these from 18/10 stainless steel. The corners are reinforced, the rims are overhanging for secure rail location, and the lugs on the lids sit flush so pans stack stably in the fridge or on the pass. The adaptor bar is the key piece: it bridges the two rails of a Buffalo L371 or L310 bain marie, letting you run quarter pans across the unit instead of along it. That flexibility matters when you're changing the line-up between breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
Each pan holds roughly 4 litres at the 150 mm depth. Four pans give you 16 litres of organised, covered capacity — enough to run a full sauce station or a breakfast buffet line from one bain marie. They go from combi oven to blast chiller to freezer to bain marie without changing containers, which cuts handling, reduces contamination risk and saves washing-up time. Dishwasher-safe, freezer-safe, and built to take the daily knocks of a commercial kitchen.
