This Vogue Heavy Duty 1/4 gastronorm tray gives you a larger quarter-size pan with a 150mm depth and a 4L capacity. Its 265 x 162 x 150mm external size makes it a practical choice when you need more room than a sixth-size pan can offer.
It is made from 304 stainless steel and described as a heavy-duty gastronorm pan, with reinforced corners to help it cope with regular handling. That makes it well suited to kitchens where trays are being loaded, stacked and moved all day.
At 0.56kg gross weight, it still feels manageable in service while offering more capacity than the smaller pans in this range. It is dishwasher safe and freezer safe, so it fits neatly into the normal kitchen cycle from prep to clean-down to storage.
