The E4720 is a Prepara 1/4 gastronorm pan in stainless steel, with a stated 5200 ml capacity and external dimensions of 162 × 200 mm. Its compact footprint gives a kitchen a defined space for ingredients or prepared portions without using a larger gastronorm position.
The 200 mm external height provides a deeper format for holding a larger quantity within the 1/4 footprint. As part of the Prepara Gastronorms range, it gives prep and service teams a standard silver pan for organising ingredients through the working day.
