Why this product earns its place
Half-size gastronorm. Full-size utility. At 265 × 325 × 65 mm this pan slots into any 1/2 GN rack, well, or counter-top hot box — the standard footprint for deli counters, sandwich prep lines and compact combi ovens. The 3.8 litre capacity holds a service-worth of dressings, pre-portioned proteins, or a full tray of baked sides without wasting the dead space a full pan would leave.
Vogue's polycarbonate is the reason it survives. The material shrugs off the daily knocks of a working line — dropped into a sink, slammed onto a trolley, stacked five-high in a blast chiller — and keeps its shape. Crystal-clear walls let the team read contents at a glance; the raised lip locks positively into 1/2 GN rails and buffet units. Rated −40 °C to 100 °C, the same pan travels from freezer to bain-marie, and the polymer stays cool to the touch at the top end so staff handle hot pans bare-handed during a rush.
A matching 1/2 GN lid (sold separately) seals the top for overnight chill or van transport. Dishwasher-safe and freezer-safe, it cuts decanting between process steps. At 0.4 kg empty it's feather-light for one-handed stacking, and the tapered corners shed water fast on the rack — no pooling, no towel-drying between turns. This is the half-pan that earns its keep on every line.
