Why this container earns its place
The Rational ED478 is a grey granite-enamelled metal container in the Gastronorm 1/2 format. Measuring 32.5 × 26.5 cm, it gives a commercial kitchen a defined tray format for work such as baking tray cakes and preparing food in a standard GN layout.
Its fully contoured corners are designed so portions of cakes are not lost in the corners. Rational also describes the container as having excellent heat conductivity for uniform browning and fluffy tray cakes, making the working detail as important as the 1/2 format when choosing it for a baking or production kitchen.
