Why this gastronorm earns its place
At 200 mm deep this pan holds 25.6 litres — the deepest standard 1/1 GN in the range and the one bulk kitchens reach for when a single container needs to hold an entire production run. A full batch of pulled pork, a tray of confit, or a day's rice for 100 covers sits in one 1/1 footprint (530 × 325 mm) that drops straight into any combi oven, blast chiller or heated counter.
Polycarbonate is why it lasts. The material absorbs the daily battering of a production kitchen — trolley rams, shelf edges, stacked-in-a-hurry retrievals — and keeps its shape. Crystal-clear walls mean the team sees exactly what's inside without peeling a lid; the raised lip locks into rails and buffet units with a positive click. Rated −40 °C to 100 °C, the same pan goes from blast freezer to bain-marie, and the polymer stays cool to the touch at the top end so chefs handle hot pans bare-handed during a rush.
A matching lid (sold separately) seals the top for overnight chill or multi-site transport. Dishwasher-safe and freezer-safe, it eliminates decanting between process steps. At 1.3 kg empty it's still light enough for one-handed stacking, and the tapered corners shed water fast on the rack — no pooling, no towel-drying between cycles. This is the deep pan that turns a three-container job into one.
