Why this gastronorm earns its place
The Vogue U457 is the deepest full-size 1/1 gastronorm in the range — 200 mm of depth giving you a full 25.6 litres in a single polycarbonate pan (530 × 325 mm external). That's stockpot territory without the weight, the hot handles or the storage headache. When you're cooking 40 litres of beef bourguignon for a wedding breakfast or holding 20 kg of pulled pork for a festival service, this is the pan that lets you do it in one GN footprint.
It's moulded from virtually unbreakable polycarbonate in professional black. The material doesn't crack when a frozen block goes into a steam table, doesn't craze under combi-oven steam, and doesn't leach at 100 °C. It stays cool to the touch even when the contents are at a rolling boil, so your team moves pans bare-handed through service — no towel juggling, no burnt wrists. Dishwasher safe, drip-dry fast, stacks without vacuum-locking.
At 1.51 kg empty it's still light enough to lift one-handed when full, yet rigid enough to hold its shape under a heavy ragù or a deep tray of cannelloni. The black finish hides the tomato and turmeric stains that bleach white pans over time, keeping presentation clean for front-of-house buffet runs. Vogue stamps the GN size and capacity into the mould so there's no guessing which pan is which when the rack is stacked to the ceiling.
