TriLax protects against prolonged contact with salt and acids common in bakery and roasting work, so the coating stays durable across hundreds of cycles. The tray's shallow profile loads and unloads cleanly from full-height ovens. Cleaned between services in a passthrough machine, the tray survives without surface damage.
