This Hygiplas Click tray is the shallowest full-size option in the group, giving you 13 litres of storage in a 100 mm-deep 1/1 GN container. That makes it useful when you want the standard footprint of a full GN pan without the height of the deeper versions.
As with the rest of the range, it is supplied with seven colour-coded clips to help identify contents by food group and support a clearer HACCP routine. That is especially useful when several trays are in rotation and staff need to tell them apart quickly.
The polypropylene body is scratch and stain resistant, and the supplied lid gives an air-tight seal for more secure food storage. It is suitable for hot and cold contents, works in fridges and freezers, and can be cleaned in the dishwasher after use.
