Why this lid earns its place
The Prepara EI959 is a clear silicone lid for a 1/3 gastronorm. It gives a kitchen a purpose-made cover for a regular ingredient pan, keeping the pan covered while it waits on a prep counter, in storage or during a pause in service.
The clear finish allows the contents to be recognised without lifting the lid, and the silicone construction flexes during fitting and removal. That makes the cover part of the everyday pan routine rather than a disposable stopgap cut from film or foil.
