Featuring a moulded-in polyurethane gasket, this lid grips the food pan tightly to prevent spills and cross-contamination, making it ideal for sealing in soups, sauces, and other prepared foods. The lid is engineered to maintain freshness, flavour, and quality, with a temperature resistance ranging from -40°C to 99°C, suitable for both freezing and hot applications.
