Why this lid earns its place
This Cambro Camwear lid is made for a 1/6 GN pan and keeps things compact at 176 mm wide and just 0.1 kg. It is a lightweight, easy-to-handle cover for small portions, prep ingredients and other foods that need a neat fit.
Cambro says Camwear food storage lids are designed to support HACCP guidelines and help preserve product freshness, flavour and quality from storage through to holding and serving. That makes it a sensible choice when food needs to stay covered without getting in the way.
The manufacturer also says these lids are ideal for use in prep tables and help save space when stacking food pans in reach-in refrigerators and walk-in coolers. The clear polycarbonate finish lets you see what is inside at a glance, which helps when pans are being rotated quickly.
