Why this lid earns its place
This Pujadas Polinorm lid is made for 1/1 GN pans, giving a full-size cover for trays that move between prep, storage and service. It is suitable for stainless steel, plastic and ceramic gastronorm trays, so it can work across different kitchen setups without changing the way the pans are handled.
The polyethylene build is designed for everyday commercial use and for a wide temperature range from -40°C to 110°C. That makes the lid suitable for fridges, blast chillers and coldrooms, and gives operators a reusable cover that can stay in step with the rest of the kitchen’s storage routine.
Its blue colour gives the lid a clear role in a colour-coded kitchen system. Blue is often associated with raw fish, so the colour helps staff identify tray contents quickly and keep ingredients separated in line with the kitchen’s own procedures.
