Why this drainer plate earns its place
The E4722 is a Prepara 1/4 gastronorm drainer plate in stainless steel. It is made for the draining stage of kitchen work, giving ingredients a dedicated support within a standard 1/4 gastronorm format while liquid is allowed to separate.
The silver finish gives the plate a practical identity in a busy preparation area. As part of the Prepara Gastronorms range, it is a purpose-specific accessory for kitchens that need to organise draining alongside preparation, storage or service.
