This 1/3 GN drain plate is a simple but useful insert for hot service. At just 5 mm high and 176 x 325 mm, it sits inside a 1/3 gastronorm pan without taking up meaningful space, while the polycarbonate build keeps it dishwasher safe and freezer safe.
