Why this lid earns its place
This 32 cm Matfer Bourgeat lid is a stainless steel cover with a silver finish and a gross weight of 0.66 kg. It is built as a simple, durable piece of kit rather than a decorative extra.
The fit is spelled out in the manufacturer text, with compatibility for Excellence and Traditional pans including C x 541, FB108, K797, K792, K772, L246 and P290. That gives buyers a clear match for their existing pans.
It is also dishwasher safe, which keeps cleaning easy in a working kitchen. If you need a practical lid that can keep up with regular use, this one stays firmly on the sensible side of the line.
