Why this tumbler earns its place
The Glitch started as a competition entry. Kate Gerwin won the 3rd Glassology by Onis with a deceptively simple idea: take the classic tumbler and give it irregular steps—breaks in the curve that interrupt the eye and invite the hand. It sounds minimal on paper. In the hand, it works.
At 355ml, this is the right size for a double spirit pour, whisky on the rocks, a short cocktail, anything that wants room for ice without becoming dilute. The irregular stepped design isn't ornament—it actually changes how the glass feels to hold. The steps catch your palm in the right places, making it less likely to slip, and the modernist geometry makes it look striking on the bar while staying entirely functional.
The Onis Glitch is dishwasher safe and comes in a pack of six. It's durable glassware made for the actual rhythm of a bar—high-volume service, regular washing, the kind of cycle that can destroy cheaper glass in a season. This won't. The stepped design, while distinctive, doesn't create weak points. It's engineered to survive.
