Why this hi ball earns its place
The Onis Cheers cooler tumbler is a proper hi-ball glass built for volume service. At 405ml, it sits comfortably between a short rocks glass and a full-height iced tea pitcher — large enough for a generous long drink (cocktail, mixer, soft drink), but not so tall that it dominates the table. The vintage cut-glass aesthetic, modelled on 1940s–50s tableware, catches light beautifully and reads as considered glassware rather than generic house stock.
Height matters here. Standing 138mm tall with a clean 82mm diameter, these glasses are built for classic long drinks: long gin, rum and cola, vodka tonics, house cocktails, or simply cold water and cordial. The proportions mean ice and mixer work together without overwhelming the spirit. The glass itself is substantial enough to feel quality in hand, yet the design stays modular — these work alongside smaller rocks or shot glasses without visual discord.
