Why this tumbler earns its place
The rocks glass is a venue's everyday soldier. It pours a highball, a soft drink, a spirit neat—and it needs to survive the dishwasher dozens of times a week without fogging or chipping. Olympia's design is straightforward: straight sides, clear glass, proportioned for a tight grip and a decent pour. At 85mm tall and 80mm in diameter, it's compact enough to reach easily from a till or a busy back bar, and it stacks neatly into a glass rack for the wash.
The 285ml capacity (just over 10oz) is right in the middle—enough for a spirit and a mixer, enough for a soft drink with ice, small enough that a customer's hand doesn't feel lost. There's no weight that makes it feel premium (this isn't barware theatre), which is exactly the point. It's a quick pour, a quick wash, a quick reset. When you're running 48 at a clip, you're building for velocity, not sentiment.
Glasswasher safe means they move through commercial cycles and come out dry and ready. Straight-sided glass is the easiest shape to pack, stack, and store. At a pack of 48, you're buying enough coverage for a busy week or a small venue's full shift rotation—and enough buffer that a few chips don't leave you short by Tuesday.
