Why this carafe earns its place
The one-litre carafe is a foundational piece of service ware. It's large enough to serve a table of four or five with one pour, small enough to feel controlled and elegant, and robust enough to work shift after shift. Utopia's Symphony carafes are machine-crafted from soda-lime glass—that material that gives you the look and light-bounce of crystal without the expense or fragility.
These carafes stand 270mm tall and 87mm across, proportioned to pour smoothly and sit confidently on a table. The extravagant design reads expensive. That matters—every element of the customer experience signals quality, and tableware is no exception. The clarity is excellent; every pour looks like it's worth the care you've taken. Water, wine, juice, house drinks—the presentation is the same: intentional and clean.
Hand-wash after service. Soda-lime is resilient to hot water and normal handling, but the dishwasher isn't recommended. A quick wash, hot rinse, and air-dry keeps the clarity sharp and the finish spotless. Breakage is always a factor in hospitality—budget for the usual 10–15% annual loss, and rotate stock to spread wear evenly.
