Why this beer glasse earns its place
Nucleation isn't just for show. The microscopic pits etched into the glass base create nucleation sites where CO₂ naturally adheres, releasing a steady train of bubbles throughout the drink. This keeps the beer's carbonation alive for longer and intensifies the aroma and flavour profile — the difference between a flat pint halfway through service and a fresh one from start to finish.
The Cervoise is designed for the trade. Arcoroc built this range for high-volume venues where glassware endures constant washing, thermal shock and handling. The stemmed design keeps fingers off the bowl, maintaining temperature and clarity, while the formal aesthetic suits everything from gastro-pubs to hotel bars. At 166mm tall and 72mm wide, it sits comfortably in standard glassware racks and hand-washing systems.
The CE marking at 284ml gives you the legal serving size — important for portion control and compliance. The 320ml capacity lets you serve generously without overfilling. You get 24 glasses per pack, enough to turn over a full service without doubling back to the glass wash.
