Porcelain fired to the Vitrified Hotelware Standard (BS4034) withstands commercial dishwashing and thermal stress. The pot is oven-safe to 220°C and dishwasher-safe to 65°C. The lid fits snugly but is not sealed, so steam escapes naturally without pressure building. Stainless steel infuser baskets resist rust and corroding, even through repeated washing.
