Why this teapot earns its place
A 400 ml teapot serves two cups comfortably (three at a stretch), which is the standard for single tables in a café or hotel setting. Stainless steel won't retain tannin stains the way ceramic does, and the mirror finish reads polished on any table setting. Heat-resistant handles mean the pot stays safe in hand even when freshly filled with boiling water — no cloth wrapping or sleeve needed.
The body doesn't absorb heat as quickly as ceramic, so the tea inside stays hotter longer. That small thermal mass is practical for service: pour the first cup, the temperature doesn't drop noticeably, and the second cup is still properly hot. Stainless also means no risk of crazing or chips that might release particles into the pot.
Dishwasher-safe simplifies washing and ensures no residual soap flavour taints the next service.
