Why this ramekin earns its place
This is the smallest ramekin in the Titan line, designed for portions that should be noticed without dominating the plate. A 70 ml capacity holds an amuse, a single quenelle of sauce for a fish course, or a palate cleanser between services. The 65 mm diameter is deliberately constrained; it forces the eye to focus on what is inside rather than letting the vessel create visual space.
The Super Vitrified Porcelain is identical to its larger siblings. White glaze, chip-resistant throughout a full service life, and thermally stable under hot liquid. The base is glazed flush to the rim; the ramekin sits flat on any plate without rocking, and the shallow depth (35 mm) means it nests efficiently in a pass or a warewashing tray.
Twelve pieces stack compactly, taking up minimal storage. This size is often held in lower numbers than larger ramekins because amuse and palette-cleansing portions are not used on every plate or on every service. The efficient pack count works well for venues using small ramekins selectively rather than as the workhorse of the dishpit.
