Why this dishe earns its place
These Dudson Evo tapas dishes are made for small-plate presentation with a little more personality. The Evo range is designed with the appearance of hand-thrown pottery, and the homely character of the Pearl finish can add warmth to a tapas, sharing or side-dish service.
Each dish is 159mm in diameter, made from Vitrified Stoneware and finished in polished White with the Pearl colour code. That gives chefs and front-of-house teams a clearly defined round format for presenting smaller dishes while keeping the crockery specification easy to repeat.
The dishes are supplied as a six-pack and are stackable for tidier storage. They are also dishwasher safe, making the set practical for busy hospitality service as well as more distinctive on the table.
