Why this plate earns its place
The Steelite Nyx stacking plate is a 165mm round side plate for serving smaller dishes, accompaniments and carefully presented portions. Supplied in a 12-pack, it gives restaurants, hotels and caterers a consistent set of matching plates for front-of-house service.
The plate is made from alumina vitrified ceramic with a glazed black finish. That high-contrast colour field gives food a dramatic backdrop, while the rimless profile leaves the chef a generous area in which to present the dish. The result is serviceware that supports the visual side of hospitality as well as the practical one.
