Add a distinctive finish to smaller servings with these round, patterned Mer coupe plates. Their blue colour code and distinctive design give starters, side dishes and other smaller presentations an engaging backdrop without losing the clean lines of a white porcelain setting.
At 150mm, they are a compact size for table service. The plates are made from super-vitrified porcelain with an ultra-smooth, high-fired glaze: the dense body helps retain heat, while the hard, strong construction and mark-resistant surface are designed for busy kitchen use. The porcelain complies with BS4034 standards, so the plates can be used in hotels.
Supplied in packs of 12, the plates stack neatly to make storage easier between services. They are dishwasher-safe, and the manufacturer also states that they are suitable for ovens, microwaves and freezers, giving staff more flexibility during preparation and clear-down.
