The white glaze takes sauce, garnish and plate swaps without visual deterioration.
Vitrified porcelain gives you the appearance of fine china with the durability that a working kitchen demands. Each plate is built to withstand the thermal shock of going from cold storage to a hot pass, and the wide rim offers a clean border for plating or clearing without crowding the food.
Sold in packs of six, so you'll need multiples to build a service. They stack without rim-to-glaze contact, which means dishwasher racks can pack more per load and you won't see stress fractures where plates nest.
