These Churchill Cascade Coupe Plates provide a compact 165mm format for side dishes, smaller starters and desserts. Their round coupe shape gives food a clean frame, while the taupe finish and ripple pattern bring texture to the tabletop without distracting from the dish.
The plates are made from super-vitrified ceramic. According to the manufacturer, this gives them resistance to staining, chipping and thermal shock — useful qualities when crockery is moving quickly through a busy commercial kitchen.
