Why this platterstray earns its place
The Steelite Vesuvius Square One is a 270 x 270 mm square platter designed to give presentation a clear, confident frame. Its porcelain construction and dark green Burnt Emerald finish bring the Vesuvius look to the table, with a reactive glaze that adds depth and subtle visual interest.
The square shape gives chefs a deliberately structured canvas for composed dishes and sharing-style service. It has enough presence to anchor the centre of a table while remaining a defined, easy-to-read format within a professional crockery collection.
For the practical side of service, the platter is stackable, dishwasher safe and freezer safe. The individual piece measures 270 mm wide by 270 mm deep.
