Why this platter earns its place
These 190mm coupe platters give food a softly framed surface for presentation, with the tactile embossment drawing the eye towards the centre. Terrace Truffle combines the look and feel of stoneware with a semi-matt glaze that interacts with the texture, creating a warm beige finish with the impression of hand-worked, semi-precious stone.
The platters have an organic shape, with a stated width of 118mm, depth of 191mm and height of 23mm. Twelve pieces are supplied in the pack, giving service teams a consistent set for presenting food at the table or counter.
The polished foot is intended to reduce the risk of damage when the platters are stacked or stored. Steelite states that these coupe platters are microwave, oven, freezer and dishwasher safe, giving buyers practical flexibility from preparation through presentation and cleaning.
