Why this platter earns its place
These 240mm coupe platters give food a broad, centred stage while retaining the softer profile of the Terrace Juniper design. The organic shape and carefully arranged embossment draw the eye inwards, and the semi-matt blue glaze pools across the texture to create the look and feel of hand-worked stoneware.
Made from vitrified stoneware, each platter measures 149mm wide by 243mm deep and 25mm high, with a stated gross weight of 0.41kg. They are supplied in a 12-pack, giving service teams a coordinated set for plated dishes, shared servings or counter presentation.
The polished foot is intended to reduce the risk of damage when platters are stacked or stored. Dishwasher-safe handling is confirmed in the specification, while Steelite also states that these coupe platters are microwave, oven and freezer safe.
