Why this platter earns its place
The Salinas platter gives food a generous oval canvas for sharing dishes, composed service and outdoor dining. Its 356 x 203mm format offers room to arrange ingredients while the concentric rings around the rim add structure to the presentation.
Steelite describes the finish as a neutral shade of taupe with russet-coloured accents, while the specification lists the colour as green. That combination gives the platter warmth and pattern without losing the easy-going character of the Salinas range.
Made from resilient, lightweight melamine, this platter is suited to the practical demands of food service and the convenience of waterfront, rooftop and patio dining. It is dishwasher safe and supplied in a 6-pack, giving teams a useful set of matching serving pieces for regular service.
