Why this platter earns its place
The Steelite Craft Green rectangular platter gives a long, purposeful shape to food presentation. Measuring 370mm by 265mm, it provides a generous porcelain surface for sharing dishes, composed plates or a centrepiece display, with the green lustrous glaze adding the rich, natural character associated with the Craft collection.
Its rectangular form suits service where a clear line or extended layout helps the presentation. The platter is dishwasher safe and freezer safe, and the manufacturer also describes it as oven and microwave safe, so it can move from preparation and storage through to service and cleaning.
Supplied in a six-pack, it helps professional kitchens create a consistent look across a service. The Lifetime Edge Chip warranty adds long-term reassurance for a porcelain piece intended to withstand the rigours of catering.
