Why this platter earns its place
The Steelite Craft Apple rectangular platter gives chefs and front-of-house teams a generous, clearly defined surface for presenting food. At 320 × 190mm, its long rectangular format suits composed dishes, shared servings and counter-to-table presentation where the shape of the platter is part of the presentation.
Made from china and finished in green, it brings the bright, energetic character of Craft Apple to the table. The colour is contemporary without becoming showy, making the platter a useful choice when presentation needs a little lift while remaining practical for commercial service.
This platter is supplied in a six-pack, giving a service team a consistent set to work with. It is stackable for tidier storage, dishwasher safe for straightforward wash-up and freezer safe when preparation or storage requires it.
