Why this chefs plate earns its place
The triangular shape signals contemporary plating without adding unnecessary weight to the table. A 356 mm plate is large enough for a sharing course or a single chef's presentation, and the width gives a chef room to compose angles and asymmetrical layouts that round plates don't accommodate.
Super-vitrified ceramic is hard enough to resist scratching from plating tools and knives, and the white finish won't distract from the food itself. The plate stacks well, so front-of-house and back-of-house have no storage headaches, and passes through high-temperature dishwashers without glaze damage or crazing. At just over 1 kg for six plates, they're substantial without being unwieldy during service.
