Why this platter earns its place
A rectangular platter gives you the width for sharing without the depth of a round platter. The 355mm length works for tapas, charcuterie, family-style sides, or any plated component that reads better in a line than in a circle. The 235mm width is deep enough to stack components without crowding.
Porcelain platters survive the journey from kitchen to table and back to the dishwasher. Churchill's weight (just under 1.16 kg per platter) is substantial — it reads serious in a diner's hands — without being so heavy that plating or bussing becomes difficult. Freezer-safe means you can prep components and chill them directly on the platter.
Rectangular geometry is built for modern table design. White porcelain reads clean on any table; the edges are defined without sharpness. Six platters per pack cycle quickly through a commercial dishwasher and stack in a smaller footprint than round platters of equivalent serving area.
