Why this plate earns its place
The 330 mm size is the workhorse of casual dining service. This plate carries a pizza, a loaded burger, or a large composed salad without optical crowding, and vitrified porcelain holds its edge even after repeated heat cycling from hot food to the washing pit.
Unglazed finish grips the plate as you carry it and grips the food as it sits—no gloss means no slipping under a wet fork. The shock-resistant body is the standard you need when plates move fast: in a 60-cover shift, dropped plates are not a failure mode you budget for, but they happen, and vitrification keeps the price-per-cover down over time.
Stackable design means eight or ten plates occupy one shelf rather than two. Dishwasher safe for institutional cycles (you do not need to coddle these), and freezer-safe if you plate ahead for an event or store components. Four to a pack, suitable for running 20–30 covers from a single replenishment cycle.
