Why this plate earns its place
The Steelite Willow Mist Gourmet large well plate gives restaurants, hotels and caterers a 285mm round format for presenting main dishes and composed plates. Supplied in a 6-pack, it provides matching plates for a coordinated table setting.
Made from porcelain and finished in grey, the plate belongs to the Willow range and has the large well form named in the product title. The manufacturer describes the crockery as premium fine dining crockery, with an alumina-enriched construction and a striking embossed pattern designed to frame dishes.
For storage between services, the plate is stackable. It is also stated to be dishwasher safe and freezer safe, giving hospitality teams clear handling information for preparation, service and wash-up routines. The stated 285mm diameter provides a clear format to plan around.
