Why this plate earns its place
The Steelite Revolution Jade rectangular plate brings a defined 270mm format and a green glazed finish to the table. Supplied in a six-pack, it gives restaurants and caterers a clear quantity for service planning, replacement stock or a smaller tableware order.
Made from China, the plate is rectangular and has a stated 270mm length, 167.5mm width and 21mm height. It is stackable, dishwasher safe and freezer safe, so it is specified for straightforward movement through service and the back of house.
Steelite describes the Revolution surface as applied by hand using a revolving motion, with the brush path evident in the fired result. Each glazed piece has its own variation, while the green colour provides a distinctive platform for presenting a chef's work.
