Why this plate earns its place
The 310 mm Ascot plate is a size smaller than the full dinner plate, sitting between a starter and main course dimension. It's useful for operations that portion smaller servings, plate starters to main-course standard, or serve in settings where the visual impact of a full plate matters more than maximum food volume. Each plate is Bone China—lightweight enough that a server holds a comfortable stack, yet hardened to resist the chipping that plagues porcelain and stoneware through high-volume service.
Bone China's durability is its working advantage. The body is denser and harder than conventional crockery, so it absorbs the minor impacts and thermal shocks of a busy kitchen without crazing or losing its finish. The white surface stays clean and bright longer, and chip repair is far less frequent than with porcelain. The wide flat rim is contemporary in proportion, framing food without the visual heaviness of classic deep-rimmed plates. Stackable and dishwasher safe for reliable storage and washing cycles.
This is a six-pack—48 individual plates across six place settings for small operations, or starters and sides for larger service. Order multiples to build your full stock and establish a reserve for replacement.
