Why this plate earns its place
At 311mm (12.25"), this is the largest Stonecast dinner plate—ideal for restaurants plating large proteins or substantial vegetable accompaniments, or for sharing-style service where one plate covers multiple diners. Super-vitrified ceramic resists chipping better than standard crockery and takes repeated commercial dishwasher cycles without glaze degradation. The hand-decorated speckle and rustic rim are functional: they hide the wear that shows on plain finishes.
Samphire green is a mid-tone that reads as contemporary without being trendy. The triangular shape adds visual interest without dictating plating style. Weight is slightly heavier than smaller sizes (1.03 kg gross), but still standard for commercial dinnerware.
Supplied in packs of six rather than twelve—useful when you need larger plates but have limited storage, or when you are mixing sizes for a variable menu. Stacks efficiently for dishwashing and storage.
