Why this plate earns its place
The 260mm size makes this the main course plate in commercial dining — large enough to accommodate a composed dish with protein, starch and two vegetables without crowding, and the walled profile contains sauces across the service without overflow.
Porcelain withstands the alkaline detergents and 60–65 °C cycles of a commercial dishwasher without weakening the glaze or crazing the surface. The Plume design applies beneath the glaze rather than on top, so hand-decorated colour survives cutlery contact and repeated washing.
The sage green interprets the hand-painting effect as colour blending into cream, creating visual depth without the weight of solid decoration. At 0.866 kg per plate and 20mm height, the rim is substantial enough to frame a plated dish while remaining manageable to handle and stack during service. The walled profile also improves stack stability during storage and transport, protecting the glazed surface from contact damage.
