Why this plate earns its place
The Steelite Ink Legacy Teal coupe plate offers a 203mm round format for dessert or starter service. Supplied in a 12-pack, it gives restaurants, cafés, hotels and caterers a consistent plate size for courses that need a little more room than a side plate without moving into a full dinner-plate format.
Its green patterned finish is identified by the Teal colour code. The plate sits within the Ink Legacy range, whose faded-opulence inspiration comes through in a playful, casual look. It is a considered way to bring pattern and colour into service while keeping the specification straightforward: a round 203mm coupe plate in a defined 12-piece pack.
The plates are stackable for storage between services. They are also stated to be dishwasher safe and freezer safe, providing clear handling information for the kitchen team. Choose this format when the service calls for a 203mm dessert or starter plate with the Ink Legacy Teal finish.
